INNOVATION
Since our foundation in 1988, research and innovation have been at the core of Kiranto Foods, driving our development and international growth. Over the years, we have continuously strengthened our technology and expertise across key production areas to support the food industry and contribute to sustainable development.
Our R&D and Production Centre is dedicated to developing new products and optimizing processes, allowing us to transform ideas into practical solutions. Activities such as design, laboratory testing, prototyping, small-batch production, and industrial simulation can be carried out independently and with full confidentiality.
The 100 m² development centre is equipped with a cooled production hall, cold storage facilities, and a refrigerated room, enabling the production of a wide range of salted, cooked, cured, smoked, and dried food products. It also includes a fully equipped test kitchen, where customers can test and prepare finished products.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT EQUIPMENT
Kiranto Foods offers dedicated laboratory and pilot-scale equipment for product development and processing tests. This includes extruders, specialized auxiliaries, and accessories, typically scaled-down versions of our industrial machinery.
The equipment is easily transportable and designed for plug-and-play use, enabling efficient and flexible testing in various environments.
CO-DEVELOPMENT
We collaborate closely with customers, as well as public and private research centres, on joint development projects. These partnerships span a wide range of food industry applications and scientific areas, including new formulations, process optimization, innovative equipment design and the development of new applications.
